Prana Yoga
Prana means life force energy - think Qi, or vital force - the balancing and energizing force that disposes us toward healing and natural rhythms. Prana Yoga connects sequential movement patterning and traditional asanas (postures) with a deep awareness of our Energy Body - the chakras - and teaches us how to stir up and move energy through the chakras through sound, breath, and awareness. Energy moves through and around our bodies, connecting us to the space and others around us, expanding our felt sense of presence and openness. This class is accessible to all levels of practitioners who can move between mat work and standing without too much difficulty.
