Office Visit

A problem-focused appointment consists of

  • a comprehensive interview covering your personal health history and your chief concern

  • a physical examination

  • ordering tests/procedures

  • communication and interpretation of results

  • referrals as needed

  • counseling/education

  • an individualized treatment plan to address your concern

Prospective patients - let's talk about your health concerns and goals! I'll share what you can expect from naturopathic care and answer any questions you may have about me or my practice. I want you to feel confident and well-informed about the choices you make for your health. Please note: I legally cannot give medical advice or treatment during this call.

Non-Covered Services (Self-Pay)

These services enhance patient well-being outside of a medical appointment:

  • Manual Therapy: hands-on bodywork techniques, including soft tissue and osseous manipulation

  • Exercise Prescriptions: development of individualized exercise programs to support health goals

  • Nutrition Counseling (e.g. menu planning): personalized dietary recommendations and structured meal planning

  • Health / Lifestyle Coaching / Supplement Advice: guidance on lifestyle modifications, wellness strategies, and supplement recommendations

  • Vaccine Consultation: discussion regarding immunization benefits, risks, and alternatives outside of an annual physical appointment

Each of these can be conducted inside of a medical appointment which includes thorough evaluation and management. Reasons for requesting these services outside of medical care would be if you

  • are currently out of Washington state.

  • desire more time spent on these services outside of a medical appointment.​​

Annual Physical

An annual preventative 55-minute appointment consists of

  • a comprehensive interview covering your personal health history

  • a physical examination

  • relevant disease screening

  • ordering tests/procedures

  • counseling/education

Bodywork Visit

An problem-focused appointment consists of

  • a comprehensive interview covering your personal health history and your chief concern

  • a physical examination assessment

  • ordering tests/procedures

  • communication and interpretation of results

  • referrals as needed

  • counseling/education

  • an individualized treatment plan

  • bodywork

Insurance / Affordable Care Model

Before Booking:
  • Contact your insurance provider and ask if Gabriella Cunha ND is in network with your plan (all plans are different).

 

If Gabriella is not in network:
  • Ask your insurance company about their reimbursement policy for out of network providers. 

  • Upon request, I can provide a HCFA form after each visit that you can submit for potential partial reimbursement.

 

For Self- Pay Patients:
  • I am piloting an Affordable Care Model where suggested fees are available in-office or by request; however, each self-pay patient may pay what they wish, no questions asked.

  • Nature is accessible to all of us, and its healing methods should not be obscured by a paywall. I whole-heartedly believe that mutually engaging in this spirit of generosity provides the best environment for healing to occur.
