Non-Covered Services (Self-Pay)

These services enhance patient well-being outside of a medical appointment:

  • Manual Therapy: hands-on bodywork techniques, including soft tissue and osseous manipulation

  • Exercise Prescriptions: development of individualized exercise programs to support health goals

  • Nutrition Counseling (e.g. menu planning): personalized dietary recommendations and structured meal planning

  • Health / Lifestyle Coaching / Supplement Advice: guidance on lifestyle modifications, wellness strategies, and supplement recommendations

  • Vaccine Consultation: discussion regarding immunization benefits, risks, and alternatives outside of an annual physical appointment

Each of these can be conducted inside of a medical appointment which includes thorough evaluation and management. Reasons for requesting these services outside of medical care would be if you
