About Me

Gabriella Cunha is a new resident of beautiful Port Angeles, having recently transported from Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She is thrilled to serve this community’s healthcare needs with special interests in pain management, movement for wellness, and hands-on therapies like trigger point massage and needling, cupping and gua sha, and joint mobilizations.

Gabriella holds a BFA in dance education from University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She danced professionally and has taught ballet, modern, and contemporary dance since 2011. In 2017, Gabriella became certified to teach yoga at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health. She additionally attained Reiki I and II practitioner certifications from her mentor Jeff Migdow MD of the Usui tradition.

Her greatest love is teaching movement with all the tools she has discovered, guiding individuals’ unique processes of kinesthetic discovery. Gabriella’s desire is to make movement exploration a physically, mentally, and emotionally healing process; to help people discover and resolve their idiosyncratic physical limitations; and to facilitate optimal moving and living in one’s body. Her additional interests lie in music, alternative somatic modalities, and multidisciplinary collaboration - all of which inform her work as an artist, educator, and healer.
